Please note that due to incorrect usage methods, the product may not mist out. There are several reasons for this issue that we need to analyze for new product delivery to customers:

Firstly, the product does not come with a built-in battery and cannot be used as a wireless diffuser. Customers may mistakenly believe it is wireless and not connect it to a power supply, leading them to think that the diffuser is not working.

Secondly, the product requires a current of more than 1Amp and a 5V Adapter or USB Charger. If the current is less than 1A, the diffuser will not mist out and only the light will turn on. This can be an issue with some older car USB systems and certain adapters that do not meet the required current, causing customers to think that the product is faulty.

Thirdly, the product should not have too much water added to it. There is a "Max line" indicator on the product, and water should always be added below this line. If the water level exceeds the Max line, the diffuser will not mist out.

Additionally, the product has only one control button. A single press of the button is meant for mist out and light activation. Some customers may mistakenly long press the button, which is actually meant for controlling the light only. This misunderstanding can lead customers to believe that the product is not working properly.

Furthermore, prolonged use of the product may result in it not misting out. Customers often add essential oils to the water, which can cause build-up and blockages that prevent mist from being released. Regular cleaning is necessary to maintain the diffuser's functionality. It is recommended to clean the diffuser every 2-3 days with warm water and diluted vinegar, using a cotton swab to clean the central white circle in the water tank.

The diffuser is designed to fit perfectly in a car cup holder, with a USB cord hole conveniently placed. The 1-meter USB cord is suitable for most cars. It is important not to exceed the maximum water level for optimal performance. The diffuser is easy to clean and works well with essential oils, making it ideal for road trips and hotel stays.
